The attorneys at Henry & Beaver, LLP, have the resources and the experience to address a broad range of important legal issues. Our law firm is small enough to provide one-on-one attention to clients, but our experienced lawyers offer the focused representation often associated with big city law firms..
More Than 100 Years Of Skilled Representation
Charles V. Henry I established the Henry Law Office in Lebanon County in 1895. The firm remained small until 1968, when we expanded into new areas of law and began serving surrounding counties. In 1980, Charles V. Henry III and R. Hart Beaver partnered to become Henry & Beaver, LLP. Today we are an eleven-lawyer, full-service firm representing individuals, businesses, insurance companies, lenders and developers, doctors, and municipal entities in Lebanon, Lancaster, Dauphin, Berks and Schuylkill counties.
I wanted to personally thank Mr. John Whitmoyer for some professional help. You are the man to get in contact withRyan M.

Your Local Law Firm
A number of big law firms from Philadelphia and even Pittsburgh maintain unstaffed branch offices in the Lebanon Valley. All of our attorneys live and work here. We understand the local courts (and local politics), and we are actively involved in the communities we serve. Our firm is centrally located, within one hour of Harrisburg, Lancaster, Reading, York and Pottsville.
Our diverse practice areas include personal injury, business law and employment, banking and finance, bankruptcy, criminal defense, divorce, land use, municipal law, estate planning and probate, real estate and creditors’ rights and general civil cases.
We Make Finding The Right Attorney Simple
Henry & Beaver provides comprehensive services, but our partners and associates are not general practitioners. Each lawyer practices in two or three areas of the law, enabling us to match clients with an attorney who has a strong background that meets their needs. Clients are swiftly connected to the right person and can expect personalized attention and astute legal counsel. You will not be bounced around or handed off to a paralegal. Our attorneys are accessible to take your calls and respond to your concerns.
Our goal is effective, efficient and economical legal representation. The many long-term relationships we have built with clients are a testament to our firm’s longevity, legal acumen and our sincere desire to help. We take pride in knowing that many satisfied clients have referred family members and friends to us.
