Henry & Beaver represents developers before the local planning commission or board of supervisors/councilmen to gain approvals for purchase of parcels, subdivision and sale of lots, or building site plans. We counsel clients about seeking special use permits or variances from land use or zoning regulations. If the permit is denied, we appeal to the local zoning hearing board (ZHB).
